. How to get there ?
by car
Champ-sur-Layon is situated in the centre of the triangle formed by Angers, Cholet and Saumur. Coming from Angers, leave the motorway at exit 24 towards Beaulieu-sur-Layon then Rablay-sur-Layon then Champ-sur-Layon. In Champ, take the Rue du Pineau on your left (towards Faye d'Anjou), the vineyard is 200 metres further on your right. Coming from Cholet, go through Chemillé then follow Champ-sur-Layon, go through the village until you reach the rue du Pineau (towards Faye d'Anjou) and in this street, the vineyard is on your right. Coming from Saumur, go through Doué-la-Fontaine, Martigné-Briand then Thouarcé, finally follow Champ-sur-Layon, go through the village by the rue du Cormier, the rue du Pineau is on your right (direction Faye d'Anjou), the vineyard is 200m further on your right;
Car pooling or by train
: go to Chemillé (Angers-Cholet railway line), we'll come and pick you up. We can also arrange to pick you up from Angers or another nearby location.
Accomodation
on-site catering, a dozen or so sheltered places to sleep on mattresses, box springs or camp beds (bring a sleeping bag) and land to pitch tents if required. Showers available. The commune also has a dozen self-catering cottages and bed and breakfasts. A call will also be made to local players to ask if they can provide accommodation.
